You can line the tray with parchment paper too.
Set the prepared tray aside.

Now, we will start making the barfis by slightly roasting the coconut.
We just have to dry roast it for 5-6 minutes on low flame.

Meanwhile, in a big bowl mix together Condensed milk and Milk Powder.
With the help of a wire whisk mix them together so that there are no lumps.

When the dessicated coconut is slightly roasted add in the condensed milk+milk powder mixture.
Mix it well.

Add in Cardamom and Fennel powder.
Mix well.
Add in rose water and give the barfi mix a good mix.

Turn off the heat.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared tray.
With the back of the spoon press it gently and evenly so that the top of the barfi looks smooth and shiny.

Immediately sprinkle chopped nuts and rose petals.
Press them gently so that they stick well to the barfis.

Now, keep this tray in the fridge to set for about 2 hours.

After that, take out the tray and with the help of a sharp knife cut Barfi pieces in desired shape.
