Fan of Brownies AND Oreos? If your answer is Yes, you will love this super simple recipe. Deliciously thick and fudgy brownies that are soooo chocolatey, sooo rich, soooo scrumptious and loaded with Oreo cookies!!!
What’s not to love?? Brownies don’t get much better than this!!!!!

A brownie is a flat, baked dessert square which is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms. Depending on its density, it may be either fudgy or cakey and may include chocolate chips, nuts, or other ingredients.
Brownies are often accompanied by milk or coffee. They are sometimes served warm with ice cream, topped with whipped cream, or sprinkled with powdered sugar.

These brownies came out just the way I like-fudgy,dense, with a moist, intensely chocolatey interior.

Highlights of these Brownies are:

Decadent

Super fudgy

Homemade

Eggless

Loaded with Oreos, which I guess are everyone's favourite.

Chocolate brownies that are Super Easy to make.

Perfect dessert for the vegetarian brownie lover.

Lets jump to the Recipe part by looking at the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup All Purpose flour(Maida)

¼ cup Cocoa Powder

1 teaspoon Baking soda

½ teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder

Pinch of Salt

1 cup Powdered Sugar (reduce a bit if you want it less sweet)

1 cup Milk

1 teaspoon Vinegar

1/3rd cup Oil( I've used Canola Oil)

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Oreo Cookies- 5-6 (whole)

Oreo Cookies- 5-6 (broken)

DIRECTIONS:

Start by preheating the oven at 180*C.

Next prepare a baking pan by greasing and lining it with the parchment paper.

I have used a round tray of about 8 inch diameter.

Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, Coffe powder and Salt and in a bowl.

Whisk well and set aside. Add sugar powder to it.

In a cup add milk and vinegar. Stir it well and let it curdle.

Add Oil and Vanilla extract to it.

Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and mix till just combined.

Whisk until combined well.

Do not overmix. The batter will be on the thicker side.

Pour half of the prepared brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly.

Place the whole Oreos evenly over the batter, and top with the remaining batter.

Top with the broken Oreos.

Bake it at 180*C for 25-30 minutes.

Check if the brownies are cooked by inserting a fork or toothpick in the center after 25 minutes.

If the toothpick comes out clean its done or else keep the pan for a further 5-10 minutes.

Once done, cool the brownies in the pan completely before inverting them onto a metal rack.

Cut into slices and serve.

I have garnished them with some melted white chocolate mixed with green colour. You can put some M&M's to adorn these beauties.

Enjoy!!!!!
